This is the cake design I’m doing for a swap on SplitCoastStampers. It’s the first swap I’ve done in quite a while because I’m always such a deadline person. It seems I can’t create anything without a deadline. I think it’s that newspaper environment that has made me this way.
The pattern comes from Stampin’ Up!. the paper is whisper white, stamp set is Blooms Abound. Stazon Jet Black ink and Pretty In Pink, Summer Sun and Rose Red markers. I also embossed little flowers on the top of the cake where the pearls are located. It’s one of the dry embossing templates from Stampin’ Up. I also used pearls and rhinestones found at a local hobby store. Ribbon is from Stampin’ Up.
What great fun.
Have a great day and God Bless You All

This is the card I created for a Tea our church is having to raise money for the Heifer International Organization. They not only donate cows, but goats, flocks of chicks, ducks, geese, rabbits plus many other resources that helps better families lives in many parts of the world.
If you have not checked out this great organization, please do.
The stamp set I used is an old set from Stampin’ Up!. I stamped the tea cup with jet black stazon on whisper white, then colored the flowers with pretty in pink, green galore and rose red. I layered a piece of card stock velium over the card and used the black and white ribbon to represent the black/white of a Heifer. The scallops on the velium was done with the new scallop punch from Stampin’ Up. The rhinestones were individually placed inbetween each scallop. A little time consuming to do that, but I love adding that little extra and in this case I believe makes the card look very elegant.
Have a great day and God Bless You All

These 2 projects were created some time ago. The first one is a card using the Baroque Motifs set found on page 120 of the current Stampin’ Up! Idea Book and Catalog. The 2nd project is a squash photo album made some time ago using the Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper. The album was so much fun to make. I think I made over 20 of them.
Have a great day and

Hi Everybody
These are the birthday boxes I created for some of the staff at work. To create this very simple box, follow the instructions below
Cut the paper so you have a 5 1/2 x 11 piece of card stock.
Score at 1 1/2″ on the 5 1/2″ side. This will give you a box that is 4″ tall
Score at 2″, 5″, 7″, and 10″ on the 11″ side. You will have an 1″ tab to tape the sides together.
I decorated this using Craft White and the Stampin’ Up! Simply Said Stamp Set. Then using a chip board flower colored with YoYo Yellow Craft Ink. and the Happy Birthday Stamp from Sell-A-Bration promotion for the birthday wishes.
The Ribbon is Bright Yellow and the candy is in a cello-bag.
These are so much fun for Halloween treat boxes or Christmas Goodies….and you can make them whatever height you want.
If you have any questions, please don’e hesitate to e-mail me at ldestampin@yahoo.com

Hi Everybody
As most of you know, we celebrated Sam’s Birthday on Saturday and Sunday. This was his birthday cake. He didn’t get to taste it, but enjoyed looking at it (NOT). He wanted some so bad, but knew he couldn’t have any.
And wasn’t it cute! Except for the balloons at the very top of the cupcake…there were suppose to be 3 separate cupcakes and they were all messed up. This is the last time I go to Safeway to purchase a cake. Last time they messed up my Celebration Cake and this year Sam’s Birthday cake…NO MORE FOR SAFEWAY CAKES!
Have a great day and God Bless You All

What great cards and card holder Tatiana made at our Sunday Stamp Camp. She is my youngest classmate and does super creative work….I know she is going to be a star at whatever she does in life because she does such great work on her cards. Always finding and creating new cards above and beyond what my sample is.
I also want to thank her for making our Sunday Stamp Camp so much fun and all the extra help she gives the other ladies.
Have fun in School Tatiana and enjoy.
